Ethanol Imports Jump 41% in Aug., Fla. Accepts the Most

U.S. ethanol imports for August were up 41 percent from July levels, according to the latest data from the Department of Energy, which also shows nearly 66 percent of those imports went to three coastal states — Florida, New Jersey and California — with Florida making an aggressive effort in expanding ethanol blending in their gasoline.
