Scientist who Discovered ‘Q Microbe’ Receives Award

A University of Massachusetts, Amherst professor who discovered the cellulosic-ethanol-producing ‘Q Microbe’ in a wetland area near the Quabbin Reservoir in Massachusetts, has been named one of the top 10 “Women to Watch” in New England by Mass High Tech, according to a news release from Qteros.
