Nova Biosource Fuels, Inc., a producer and marketer of biodiesel, said in a news release that it received notice of noncompliance from NYSE Alternext US LLC, formerly the American Stock Exchange, with exchange rules for failing to hold an annual meeting of its stockholders during 2008.
