Malaysian Biofuels Developer Claims Texas Company ‘Fraudulent’

A Malaysian biofuels company with plans to use palm waste as a feedstock has sued Baytown, Texas-based Sustainable Power Corp. and its owner, John H. Rivera, asking him to return some $1.1 million the company invested in Rivera’s technology, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. Southern District Court of Texas in Houston.
