Lenders Give Biodiesel Producer a Week on Loan Payment

Biodiesel producer and marketer Nova Biosource Fuels, Inc. said in a news release that lenders under a $41 million senior secured construction, term and working capital credit facility, have agreed to waive certain covenant defaults for one week as parties evaluate the credit facility and the project’s financial condition and working capital requirements.
