Conn. Lawmakers Approve Biodiesel Mandate, Low-Sulfur Oil

The Connecticut General Assembly last week passed a bill requiring biodiesel to be blended with heating oil starting next year. The bill also lowers the sulfur content of heating oil sold in the state four years from now.
